Hire Bikes for Leisure Riding
Below are the leisure bikes and accessories that we have for hire. You can complete an online booking form here. Weekends and holiday periods are often busy. Booking helps avoid disappointment and helps us have bikes ready for you to get out and enjoy the forest. Prices effective from 1st June 2012. |

Terms and Conditions of Hire.
Discounts:- Family - 2 adults and 2 or more children (Under 14 years and under) 10%
Group Rate - 10 bikes or more 3Hr and day hire 10% discount
Schools & Colleges - Special midweek term time rates
Only one discount applies. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment:- We can unfortunately no longer accept payment by cheque. Cash/ credit or debit card are all accepted.
ID:- Hirers must provide identification showing permanent addresss (photo licence or similar) and car registration number.
The right to hire is at the discretion of Pedalabikeaway.

Security Deposit:- - £50 /Group, toolkit £15/ bumbag refundable once items returned in good condition.
Customer is responsible for bikes and other equipment including lost, stolen or damaged items in their care and agrees to reimburse Pedalabikeaway with the full cost of replacement or repair.
Hire Times:- Last hire time is 3pm in the summer season and 2pm in the winter.
All Forest of Dean bikes/trailers and seats must be returned by 5pm Winter/ 6PM Summer.
Returns after stated return time will incur an additional charge of £10/ 15 minutes overdue.
We recommend the wearing of cycle helmets at all times. Helmets are free when hiring bikes.
