All hire bikes can be pre booked at any time – You must be over 18 to hire.
You will need to bring a physical UK Photo Drivers Licence or a Passport and proof of address to collect your bike on the day. Hirers from outside of the UK must also show proof of address for their accommodation in the UK.
A £1000 Pre Authorisation will be taken for each E Mountain bike and £250 for each E Leisure bike and full suspension Mountain bike. You will need a physical bank card to complete the Pre Authorisation.
Please ensure you have a valid credit or debit card with you.
To ride an E bike, you must be 14 years or over.
Any bike taken overnight will be Pre-Authorised at full value.
Please be aware that we are constantly replacing our hire fleet with new bikes. If the bike you have booked is replaced by a new bike between booking and the day of hire we will replace it with the new incoming model or upgrade the bike FOC.
Photographic ID (Physical Driving license or Passport) and proof of address. Driving license can be used as proof of address.
Confirmation emails usually take a couple of hours to land in the hirers inbox. Check your spam folder as it has often ended up there
Yes, all hires are one flat rate and the bikes can be picked up and dropped off any time between our opening and closing hours.
No, you can book online and we also accept walk in bookings provided we have the bike/s available.
Currently, none of our Ebikes are able to have any accessories fitted.
