All hire bikes can be pre booked (up to 11am on day of hire – subject to availability) – You must be over 18 to hire
You will need to bring UK Photo Drivers Licence or Passport plus proof of address to collect your bike on the day
A £1000 pre authorisation will be taken for E Mountain bikes and £250 for E Leisure bikes and full suspension Mountain bikes.
Please ensure you have a valid credit or debit card with you.
To ride an E bike, you must be 14 years or over
You have 30 minutes to complete your online booking once the items are in your basket
Photographic ID (Physical Driving license or Passport) and proof of address. Driving license can be used as proof of address.

No, all hires are one flat rate and the bikes can be picked up and dropped off any time between our opening and closing hours.
No, you can book online and we also accept walk in bookings provided we have the bike/s available.
