Timed runs on Twisted Sister – sign up here for free.
On the day you will collect your timing chips from Action Sports Timing who will be based in the café backroom from 12.30 – you will need to provide emergency contact details.
Your name will have your chip number next to it – collect your chip from Chris
Fix the timing chip to your forks – non disc side – we will help if you are unsure
Head up to the start – it will be signposted – course open 1-4pm
A marshal will set you off
You can then do as many runs as you like – your times will show on the TV in the café back room for you to compare your times.
At the end you return your timing chip and will receive a print out of your personal results.
